Ornit is a business diagnostic and coaching platform for coaches and course creators. We provide a free initial audit of your business, and an ongoing paid subscription ("Ornit Hub") that tracks your business over time, suggests goals, logs real outcomes, and gives you direct access to human support.
You need an account to access the Hub. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
The free audit is based on publicly available information about your business (your website, social profiles, and similar public sources). It's a snapshot, not a guarantee of accuracy, and it's provided to help you decide whether the paid Hub is right for you.
Ornit Hub is billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment, applicable taxes, and billing, and appears as the seller on your card statement and invoices.
Founding members pay $97/month, locked for the current feature set, for as long as the subscription stays active. This price applies to Ornit Hub as it exists today. If we introduce a genuinely new, separate capability tier in the future, it may be offered as an optional add-on rather than folded silently into your locked price. Your core Hub price itself will not increase.
Members joining after the founding cohort is full pay the standard rate shown at signup, which may change over time with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time (see our Refund Policy).
Paid project work requested through the Hub is billed separately from your subscription, priced and agreed on a per-project basis before any work begins.
Don't use Ornit to submit false information about a business you don't own or represent, to abuse or harass our team, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Ornit gives you real, specific findings and recommendations based on our research and your input. We don't guarantee any particular business outcome, growth, revenue, or otherwise, since that depends on factors outside our control, including whether and how you act on what we tell you.
Ornit's scoring methodology, software, and content are our property. The findings and data specific to your business are yours. You can request an export at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Ornit is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.
We may update these terms as Ornit evolves. Material changes will be communicated directly, not buried silently.
Questions about these terms: reach out through the direct chat inside the Hub, or email support@ornit.co.
